What are the differences between organic fertilizer granulators?

Organic fertilizer granulators play a vital role in the production process of organic fertilizers. According to different working principles and structural characteristics, they have different applicable scenarios and advantages.

Drum granulator:

Suitable for granulation of organic and inorganic materials.

The equipment is simple to operate, has great working flexibility and convenient maintenance.

It has the characteristics of high ball strength, good appearance quality, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, low energy consumption and long service life.

Disc granulator:

Granulation is carried out by spraying water mist, and the granulation rate can reach more than 93%.

The granulation disc is equipped with three discharge ports, which is convenient for intermittent production operation, reduces labor intensity and improves labor efficiency.

Disc Granulator

The whole machine structure consists of large disc, large gear, transmission part, frame, base, scraper frame, unpowered scraper and other components.

It runs smoothly, is sturdy and durable.

Extrusion granulator:

The granules can be directly bagged without adding drying equipment.

Small investment, quick results, annual output of 10,000-100,000 tons.

It is suitable for granulation of various materials such as metallurgical material particles, refractory material particles, mineral powder particles, etc.

Double-roll extrusion granulator:

Adopts drying-free normal temperature production and one-time molding.

The output is available in two specifications: 1-1.5 tons/hour and 1.5-3 tons/hour.

It has low investment, quick results and good economic benefits.

Mixing granulator:

It is a molding machine that can make materials into specific shapes.

It is designed and manufactured using wet continuous push rod granulation process.

It is particularly suitable for granulation of various organic matter, especially crude fiber materials that are difficult to granulate.

Compound fertilizer granulator:

Adopting the new technology of bidirectional spiral countercurrent collision granulation,

the material obtains continuous, high-speed, reciprocating kneading and shearing in the granulation area to form a collision flow of high-pressure mechanical flow,

the material temperature rises rapidly, the molecular structure and granulation properties change, and the granulation density and ball formation rate are improved.

The granulation efficiency is more than 50% higher than that of the traditional extrusion granulator.

When choosing an organic fertilizer pellet machine, you need to consider factors such as specific production needs, raw material characteristics, investment budget, etc. At the same time, pellet machines of different brands and models also differ in performance, price, after-sales service, etc. It is recommended to conduct sufficient market research and comparison.
