The Introduction Of Disc Granulator
Working principle:Water spray device is installed above the disc, makes the water spray outlike the mist, The materials flow into the rotating disc through conveyor belt or otherequipment, and are carried to up while the disc rotates, then fall to the lowest place of thedisc, meanwhile the water mist was added in, makes the raw materials granulated in theprocess of rotating along the disc and falls down, as the time goes, the granule graduallybecome bigger.

Acceptable raw materials :
1: Chicken manure, cow dung, sheep manure, etc.various faeces.
2: Straw, distiller's grains, rice straw, humic acid and other plant residues.
3: Urea, ammonium sulphate, etc. compound fertilizer.

Disc granulator is widely used for producing round granules of organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer. Adopting arc disc angle structure, the granulation rate can be 85% above with uniform granules. The design of granulation plate is convenient for intermittent continuous production, which greatly reduces the labor intensity and improves labor efficiency.
