Chicken Manure Fermentation Tank

The aerobic fermentation tank equipment is mainly composed of fermentation chamber, feeding lifting system, high-pressure air supply system, main shaft drive system, hydraulic power system, automatic discharge system, deodorization system and automatic control system.

The processing process of aerobic fermentation equipment includes three processes: feeding, aerobic fermentation and automatic feeding.

Closed fermentation tank : The fermentation tank adopts fully closed design. The exhaust gas generated by fermentation is discharged from the fermentation tank after passing through exhaust gas treatment system, which eliminates the secondary pollution;

Thermal insulation treatment:Inside of the fermentation tank adopts polyurethane as the thermal insulation layer, therefore, the fermentation tank is little affected by the outside and the year-round fermentation can be ensured .

Drive design: It adopts hydraulic drive, the thrust is large, which can ensure the fermentation tank to operate at full load of rotten material, ensure safe and reliable operation and low maintenance cost.

Energy-saving design: through the heat exchange treatment system , the use of hot oil tank can be recycled to reduce energy consumption , while improving energy efficiency, to achieve energy saving, rapid fermentation effect .

Long service life: All the parts exposed to manure are made of 304 stainless steel, with corrosion resistance and long service life.

Environmental design: A unique waste gas treatment system can be produced during the fermentation process of ammonia and other harmful gases effectively removed, and fermented high-quality organic fertilizer can be applied to farmland, orchards, improve soil, increase fertility.

Aerobic fermentation tank equipment can be widely used in domestic sludge, kitchen waste, livestock manure and other organic waste treatment industries. The treated material can be used as green nutrient soil and garden organic fertilizer to realize the resource utilization of organicwaste.
