Used Fermentation Tank

The used organic aerobic fermentation tank is an efficient and environmentally friendly treatment equipment developed by our company for wastes such as livestock and poultry manure, restaurant kitchen waste, and domestic sludge. Through high-temperature aerobic fermentation in a closed fermentation tank for about 7 consecutive days, the organic solid waste is decomposed, fermented, deodorized, and matured by microorganisms, and then processed into organic fertilizer that can be used for crops.

This fermentation equipment can be used to treat organic waste such as pig manure, chicken manure, cow manure, sheep manure, mushroom residue, Chinese medicine residue, crop straw, etc. The harmless treatment process can be completed in 10 hours. It occupies a small area (the fermentation machine only occupies 10-30 square meters), is pollution-free (closed fermentation), and completely kills pests and eggs (can be adjusted to 80-110°C high temperature). It is an ideal choice for the vast number of breeding enterprises, circular agriculture, and ecological agriculture to realize waste resource utilization.

Fermentation tanks with different capacities of 5-150m3 and different forms (horizontal, vertical) can be customized according to customer needs. During the fermentation process, aeration, temperature control, stirring, and deodorization are automatically controlled. When discharging, the pneumatic discharging device is turned on to discharge quickly. The whole process is automatically controlled and no worker operation is required.
