The double roller press granulator is a new equipment that directly makes powder into flour particles. The machine has a novel and reasonable structure, stable and reliable performance, and is easy to clean and maintain. The granules made by the dry granulator can be pressed into tablets, made into granules, filled into capsules, etc. This machine is mainly used for granulation in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries. It is particularly suitable for granulation of materials that cannot be solved by the wet method.
The raw materials are pre-compressed by the screw feeder at the feeding port. The pre-compressed materials are pressed into the middle of two pairs of relatively rotating rollers for compaction. The compaction force is transmitted to the material by the rollers through the thrust of the oil cylinder. The compacted sheet material automatically de-slots into the crusher, which is broken into particles of uneven size, and then enters the granulator for trimming. The trimmed particles are squeezed out through the mesh screen plate and enter the screening machine. The finished particles are screened and sent to the finished product warehouse by the bucket elevator. The screened powder is returned to the raw material warehouse through the screw conveyor and compacted again to complete a closed cycle.
