Steps of Manure fermentation with chicken manure
Step 1: Adjust the moisture content. During the fermentation of Organic fertilizer, whether the moisture content is appropriate is very important. It cannot be too high or too low. If the moisture content is low, water can be added. If the moisture content is large, straw, rice bran, sawdust, etc. can be added. The moisture content should be controlled at 50~55%. Judgment method: Grasp a handful of materials tightly, hold them tightly to form a ball, and throw them on the ground to disperse.
Attention: Be sure to adjust the moisture content of the fermented product well!
Step 2: Mix the Fermentation starter/Fermentation agent for chicken dung ingredients in a ratio of 1:5~10 and sprinkle them into chicken manure. Excipients such as corn flour, rice bran, wheat bran, sawn wood, etc. can all be used. Mix the chicken manure sprinkled with the strain evenly. The stacking height should be around 0.8-1.5 meters to prevent rain on rainy days.
Step 3: When the temperature reaches 60 ℃ or above, the chicken manure should be flipped once every 3-4 days, totaling 3-4 times to thoroughly deodorize, ferment and mature the chicken manure, and sterilize and kill insects.
After fermentation, the fertilizer efficiency is better, the use is safer and more convenient, and the utilization rate of fertilizer can also be improved.
