The self-propelled compost turner (self-propelledcompost turning machine) is the main machine in the complete set of equipment for the production of bio-organic fertilizer. It adopts a four-wheel walking design, which can move forward, backward and turn, and is controlled and driven by one person. During driving, the whole vehicle rides on a long strip of fertilizer base that has been stacked in advance, and the fertilizer base raw materials are mixed, fluffy, and piled by the rotating cutter shaft hung under the frame. After passing the vehicle, the new strip pile is formed. The operation can be carried out in the open field or in the workshop greenhouse. A major technical breakthrough of the machine is to integrate the crushing function of the material in the later stage of fermentation. With the gradual dehydration of materials, the cutter shaft equipped with a crushing device can effectively break the plates formed in the fermentation process of fertilizer, which not only saves a crusher, but also greatly improves the crushing efficiency, reduces the cost, and fundamentally solves the problem that the production is limited by the crushing mechanism.

Equipment application scope:

1) The working site must be flat and solid, and there must be no concave and convex surface greater than 50mm in the working area.

2) Strip stacking: the width cannot be too wide, and the height can be appropriately increased within 100mm, and the length is unlimited.

3) There shall be no less than 10 meters of open space at both ends of the stock pile for the convenience of turning, and the distance between the stock piles shall be more than 1 meter.

This machine is only a walkable turnover machine and cannot be used as a walking vehicle or a loaded vehicle.
