6000H full-automatic compost turning machine: It is applicable to the tank aerobic fermentation process of compost production. The main machine's tipping mechanism is a unique axe-type rotary tiller structure. The tipping mechanism is installed on the walking main frame, which can automatically walk on two tanks, move the frame, and put raw materials from the feed inlet every day. The raw materials will be stirred forward by the equipment towards the outlet every day.

The walking distance is the same every day. After 15-30 days of treatment, The raw materials will be fully fermented and converted into organic fertilizer to obtain the finished organic fertilizer. This special throwing knife will break the impurities and make the finished product granular (3-6mm) account for more than 50%. The machine has the advantages of mixing materials, horizontal movement, high turnover efficiency, stable operation, and deep tank operation, which can effectively shorten the fermentation cycle and improve the compost quality.

The traveling system adopts variable frequency speed regulation, which makes the tipper well adapt to the change of working load. During the tipper, the traveling speed of the tipper can be flexibly adjusted according to the resistance of the compost, so that the equipment has stronger adaptability and flexibility.
