Organic fertilizer fermentation tanks are widely used in the agricultural field and are suitable for all kinds of farms, breeding farms, and organic fertilizer production plants. It can not only improve the production efficiency of organic fertilizers, shorten the fermentation time, and reduce the input of manpower and material resources, but also reduce the production cost of fertilizers, reduce the generation of waste, and realize the recycling of resources. The most important thing is that it can improve the quality of organic fertilizers, increase the organic matter content of the soil, promote soil improvement, and increase the yield of crops. These advantages make the application range of organic fertilizer fermentation tanks very wide and have great development potential.
Organic fertilizer fermentation tanks are mainly used for the fermentation of chicken manure and pig manure, and can also be used for the fermentation of livestock and poultry manure such as sludge and kitchen waste (because the nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium content of chicken manure and pig manure are relatively high, and the fermented fertilizer is better, so the main fermentation products are chicken manure and pig manure, and other fermentation products usually need to be treated before fermentation). Organic fertilizer fermentation tanks mainly solve the problem of manure pollution in the breeding industry and change the traditional tank fermentation. Compared with tank fermentation, it has the following advantages:
1. Small footprint. Based on the daily treatment of 10 tons of sewage, pool fermentation requires 800 square meters, while vertical organic fertilizer fermentation tank only requires 60 square meters
2. Compared with tank fermentation, vertical organic fertilizer fermentation tank is equipped with deodorization system spray system, which effectively solves the problem of odor and feces infiltration. Traditional tank fermentation is open-air fermentation, which will emit odor into the atmosphere and pollute the environment. Since the humidity of feces is usually above 70%, leachate will be produced, which will pollute groundwater. Therefore, many areas now prohibit open-air reverse dumping fermentation.
3. High processing efficiency. Composite bacteria need to be added when fermenting organic fertilizer. The bacteria are aerobic and the optimal growth temperature is about 60 degrees. Tank fermentation cannot control the temperature, while the vertical fermentation tank evenly distributes vents on the stirring blades. The temperature in the tank is constant, creating a better fermentation environment for the bacteria. This is currently one of the major advantages compared to traditional tank fermentation.
The vertical aerobic fermentation tank adopts the principle of aerobic microbial fermentation, which enables microorganisms to use organic matter, residual protein, etc. in the sludge to reproduce rapidly under a certain temperature, humidity, and sufficient oxygen environment. During the reproduction process, they consume organic matter, protein and oxygen in the feces, and metabolize to produce ammonia, CO2 and water vapor. At the same time, a large amount of heat is released, which increases the temperature in the pool. In the temperature range of 45℃~70℃, the growth and metabolism of microorganisms are further promoted, while temperatures above 60℃ can kill harmful bacteria, pathogens, parasite eggs and other harmful substances in feces. At the same time, the temperature, humidity and pH value for the survival of beneficial bacteria are balanced to meet the conditions for the survival of beneficial bacteria. With the continuous addition of fresh organic waste, the microorganisms in the pool continue to reproduce in a cycle, thereby realizing the harmless treatment of sludge.
First of all, the sealing of the organic fertilizer fermentation tank is relatively good, which can effectively avoid the secondary pollution problem of the box-type fermentation tank. Secondly, the fermentation cycle of the organic fertilizer fermentation tank is shorter and more efficient. Let's talk about the box-type fermentation tank, which is a traditional fertilizer fermentation equipment, but due to its simple design and single function, the fermentation effect is not ideal. In contrast, organic fertilizer fermentation tanks use advanced fermentation technology, which can quickly convert organic matter in fertilizers into organic acids and microorganisms, thereby improving the nutritional value and utilization rate of fertilizers. In addition, organic fertilizer fermentation tanks have better adaptability and can be fermented in different environments and conditions, while box-type fermentation tanks need to be fermented in a specific environment.
