1、 Composition and working principle of organic fertilizer fermentation tank
The organic fertilizer fermentation tank is mainly divided into three parts, with a hydraulic station, a vortex air pump, a heating system, and a mixing shaft distributed on the lower base; The middle part of the tank is a double layer heat insulation tank. The inner wall of the tank is lined with 304 stainless steel plates, effectively extending the life of the tank and reducing the residue of decaying clinker. In the middle, there is an insulation layer filled with polyurethane foaming agent. During operation, the bucket elevator lifts the organic waste and automatically puts it into the tank. The organic waste is mixed evenly through stirring blades in the tank. A special heat exchanger uses the heat of exhaust gas to heat fresh air and allow it to enter the tank. Hot air is blown out of the holes on the blades, and the warm air accelerates the aerobic fermentation of the organic waste and the evaporation of water. After the material matures and degrades under the action of microbial agents, the hydraulic power system opens the blanking valve and uses a belt conveyor to output the fermented material. The gas discharged after fermentation is collected and blown through the deodorization system before reaching the standard.
The organic fertilizer fermentation tank adopts the principle of aerobic fermentation by aerobic microorganisms, which enables microorganisms to utilize the organic matter and residual protein in livestock and poultry feces and carcasses to rapidly reproduce under a certain temperature, humidity, and sufficient oxygen environment, thereby achieving harmless treatment of livestock and poultry wastes.

3、 Characteristics of Organic Fertilizer Fermentation Tank
Compared to traditional compost fermentation, organic fertilizer fermentation tanks have the following advantages: the tank body is closed, the fermentation process is not affected by the natural environment, preventing waste generated by fermentation from leaking out, and eliminating secondary pollution; The traditional fermentation method is greatly affected by the weather, and the fermentation in the fermentation tank is less affected by the external environment, which can ensure the fermentation throughout the year; The operation is simple, and the fermentation tank adopts electrical control, which is easy to learn and effectively saves labor costs.
