Process flow:
The organic fertilizer fermentation process mainly involves mixing organic waste such as poultry and livestock manure with fermentation agents and by-products until the moisture content is 60%~70%. The fermented materials are piled up in the tank with a thickness of 1.5~1.7 meters. Through forced ventilation by high-pressure fans and oxygen provided by the contact between the materials and the air during turning, continuous aerobic fermentation is carried out to make the fermented materials quickly decompose, sterilize, deodorize, dehydrate, and dry. The fermentation cycle is 20~30 days. . Turning the pile once a day completes the entire continuous aerobic fermentation process. The materials after leaving the tank are piled into a pile for secondary fermentation for 10~15 days to further decompose and remove some moisture.
Site requirements:
The factory building can be a simple steel structure, with at least 50% of the ceiling transparent fiberglass tiles for lighting, which is conducive to lighting and keeping the fermentation tank at a good temperature. Depending on the output, the factory building width: 4 meters~12 meters; factory building length: 30~60 meters; factory building height is not less than 6 meters.
