What If There Is Too Much Cow Dung? This Method Kills Two Birds With One Stone

China is a large agricultural country, with a large amount of agricultural waste generated by aquaculture and planting every year. According to statistics, the aquaculture industry produces about 380 million tons of livestock and poultry manure annually, with a comprehensive utilization rate of less than 60%. The planting industry produces nearly 900 million tons of straw annually, of which about 200 million tons are not effectively utilized. These agricultural wastes that cannot be comprehensively utilized are rich in organic matter and nutrients required for crop growth. At the same time, there are pathogenic bacteria, insect eggs, heavy metals, antibiotics, and other substances that are not conducive to crop growth and human health. If these agricultural wastes are not comprehensively utilized and turned into valuable things, they will be randomly discharged and burned, causing great harm to the ecological environment.
Although cow dung is not as fertile as chicken dung, it is not easy to burn seedlings. But don't be careless. Pile it up, rett it thoroughly, and then apply it. The advantage of fermented cow dung is that high-temperature fermentation can kill most bacteria, and fermentation can transform nutrients, which is conducive to achieving fertilizer efficiency as soon as possible. At the same time, if stacked together with phosphorus fertilizer, it can improve the utilization rate of phosphorus fertilizer.
High attention has been paid to the recycling and utilization of agricultural waste resources. Many domestic experts and scholars have been studying and advocating harmless treatment and comprehensive utilization technologies of agricultural waste. Currently, aerobic composting and fermentation technologies are widely used, namely, composting and composting of agricultural waste, using aerobic bacteria or artificially added microbial agents in agricultural waste to biodegradate agricultural waste, So as to achieve harmless and resourceful technology. In this paper, the aerobic composting technology of cow dung and straw was studied and elaborated in order to provide a basis for the harmless treatment of agricultural wastes in livestock farms and organic fertilizer plants.
The cow dung fermentation tank can be used to process and produce organic fertilizers for different kinds of dung, livestock and poultry carcasses, food waste, and domestic sewage sludge. As long as the moisture content of organic waste is below 70%, it can be directly put into the tank without adding any auxiliary materials. This equipment can adapt to the processing and production of organic fertilizer in different regions of high temperature and cold. It adopts a vertical closed tank structure, reducing the installation area. The equipment uses the aerobic fermentation principle of aerobic microorganisms to process and produce organic fertilizer, enabling microorganisms to utilize organic matter, residual protein, etc. in livestock and poultry feces and carcasses to rapidly reproduce under a certain temperature, humidity, and sufficient oxygen environment, thereby achieving harmless treatment for the processing and production of organic fertilizer from livestock and poultry wastes.
